Compatible devices connect through the UIS™ platform, so your inline fan, grow light, humidifier, dehumidifier and heater can all run from one controller against the same temperature, humidity and VPD targets. What warranty do AC Infinity products come with?
Two years on AC Infinity products, with pH and EC probes excluded as consumables. Claims are processed in Australia. Full terms are on our warranty page.
Do these come with Australian plugs?
Yes — every mains-powered unit ships with a fitted Australian three-pin plug. No travel adapters and no rewiring, which is the most common problem with grey-imported stock.
What is the UIS platform, and do I need it?
UIS is AC Infinity's connection standard, letting compatible fans, lights, humidifiers, heaters and sensors run from a single controller with shared temperature, humidity and VPD programming. You don't need it — most devices run perfectly well standalone. It becomes worth it once you're running more than two pieces of equipment in the same space and want them working together instead of independently.
Can I use this gear for subfloor or home ventilation rather than growing?
Yes, and plenty of our customers do exactly that. The fans are IP44-rated, mount in any orientation, and the climate triggers work on subfloor damp the same way they work on tent humidity. For bathroom exhaust the fan must be part of a properly designed ducted system, and any fixed wiring needs a licensed electrician working to AS/NZS 3000.
