**FREE Shipping when ordering over AUD $35 Australia Wide**

Yes, we offer free shipping on all purchases over $35, within Australia and even in most cases Thailand (write us at info@quickbloomlights.com.au for more details). 

We use Direct Freight Express to handle our courier deliveries and in some cases Australia Post and unless paying extra this will be done at our discretion always with a signature on delivery required, for your protection, if you need PO Box or Parcel Locker there may be extra charges. ALWAYS DISCREET PACKAGING with no labels showing product names. Our name will show as QBL only.

We do not use Sendle, Couriers Please or Aramex unless specifically requested. 

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are dispatched same day or the next business day (unless preorders or stated to ship at a later time). Rest assured that we are working hard to get all orders out right away and we will always send you tracking details by email - please check your spam folder if none received.

Do you ship to International address?

Yes, to Thailand if your total is above $250 we will incl. free shipping (however not incl. any duty and / or taxes, contact us at info@quickbloomlights.com.au. All other countries only upon agreement and bank transfer / Paypal. No Credit cards or other payment methods accepted for intl. orders.

Warranty & Returns

We realize that things happen, and while we check all products before shipping from time to time something does happen and the need to return a product is very real. For that we offer the following Return Policy.

We take great care that each item is correctly described, authentic, not damaged, or misrepresented in anyway. We also understand that from time to time the need to return an item may occur. Please read below for an overview of our Return Policy.

Upon receiving your order:

Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping and notify us within 3 days for any visible damage. 

Do also check if all is in working order upon receipt, Quick Bloom Lights will cover any issued deemed defective within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Some key things to know regarding the return process:

  • Email us at returns@quickbloomlights.com.au with your invoice no. date of purchase, the issue noticed and if possible pictures.
  • Remember to keep all original packaging, including shipping boxes, to help with the return process.
  • Importantly, we want all customers to be happy with their purchase and we will go to great length making sure you do not have any down time or get less than you paid. We will help you, rest assured.

Warranty on rest of the products: 1 Year by default unless otherwise specified. 

AC INFINITY HAS A 2 YEAR WARRANTY FROM PURCHASE DATE.

HLG HAS 1 TO 5 YEAR WARRANTY AS SPECIFIED ON PRODUCT PAGE.

Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:

If an item fails to work properly within the first 14 days of receipt, please email us (returns@quickbloomlights.com.au). Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replaced. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty. We will refund the cost of returning the items to us, you will NOT be out of pocket.

Defective returns on all products after 14 days of receipt:

Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Exchanging an item for a different item:

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

New product returns:

New product returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
