The AC Infinity UIS Extension Cable, female to male, adds 3.05 m to a UIS cord you already have. The female end accepts the plug on your device's existing cable and the male end goes into the controller, so you are extending rather than replacing — which is the one you want when the cord that came with the fan is almost long enough but not quite.
Put the controller where you want it
Device cords are sized for a device sitting near its controller, and real rooms rarely oblige. The extraction fan ends up above the tent while the controller needs to be at eye level; the clip fan is at the back corner; the humidifier is on the floor on the far side. An extension is usually all that stands between a sensible layout and a compromise, and at three metres a run it covers most of them.
The connector body is kept compact deliberately, so it seats fully in a UIS port without fouling the housing around it — which matters on the tighter sockets.

FAQ
Female-to-male or male-to-male — which do I need?
If you want to keep the cord that came with your device and add length to it, this one. If you want to replace that cord with a single longer run from controller to device, the male-to-male. Both end up the same electrically; it is about how many joins you want in the run.
Can I chain two extensions together?
Yes — a female-to-male will accept another one, so two gets you roughly six metres of added length. Keep the total sensible and the joins out of places where they will be pulled on; long runs with several joins are where intermittent connections come from.
Does a longer cable affect the device?
No. UIS carries a control signal and low-voltage power, and three metres is well within what the platform is designed for. Your fan will run exactly as it did.
Will it work with the Controller AI+?
Yes — UIS is the same connector across the range, so it works with the Controller AI+ as well as the 69 line. It is a device-side cable, though; it is not for the AI+'s sensor ports.
Can I use it for a sensor?
No. The AI sensors use their own connections on the Controller AI+ and should be run on their own cords. This is for device connections.
