I had a fantastic experience at this Quick Bloom Lights Punchbowl Shop and its owner Mr Soren! My AC Infinity exhaust fan which I bought from Soren for my custom aquarium ventilation, stopped working unexpectedly, and I reached out to AC Infinity technical support keeping Soren in the loop via [****] for help. I kept Soren in the loop just for the info, wasn’t expecting any support from him as this was technical issue in the product. AC Infinity support yet to acknowledge my service ticket but the owner from Quick Bloom Lights was incredibly responsive and immediately arranged for a replacement for me without any delay. He delivered the new Fan next day and I re-installed it successfully. The process was smooth, and I truly appreciated the prompt and efficient service from The Quick Bloom Lights. For so long I put off spending the extra bit of money for ac infinity gear when I have experienced multiple brands but ac infinity is definitely a league on its own.
